Special stay, as always. Good old hotel, incredibly attentive and efficient staff, handy location to the George Benson concert at the Convention Centre. Comfortable beds and complimentary Wi-Fi, terrace, and climate control. Private parking on site provided. Early check-in. Location right by the new arena and Also close to the quay which is ideal for boat trips around the harbour and city and Kings Park. Good and amazing coffee, eggs, sausages, bacon, and potato in the morning.

The location couldn't be more marvellous in the garden on the terrace. The staff was honest and polite, providing an excellent service.

As a business traveler, I loved the spacious and comfortable suite, complete with a four-poster bed and excellent amenities such as a large wardrobe and bathroom scales. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also provided a complimentary upgrade to the suite, which was a pleasant surprise.
Felt extremely welcome, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with any requests.

Nicely renovated and good old hotel in a shopping area not far from Kings Park, CBD & waterfront and Perth's best restaurants, shops and theatres. Central location, just a short walk away from a historical park. Extremely helpful staff, brand-new room with a very well appointed bathroom.

I recently stayed at The Terrace Hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was quiet, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel's location was perfect and within walking distance of the shopping district. What impressed me the most was their gluten-free bread options, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay, and the classic aesthetics of the room added to the overall charm.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to shops and public transportation. The room had a comfortable bed and clean towels provided daily.
My experience was tainted by the poor service during my New Year's stay. The staff was unresponsive and took too long to bring requested items to the room.

You can't beat the location being so close to the harbor. Boat trips around the harbor or further afield are the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Dining inside the elegant restaurant is such a treat. The garden is nothing short of magnificent, with a wall in the middle that adds to its charm.
You can't ignore the fact that the staff lacks management support, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

I was delighted with the attention to detail during my stay. When I mentioned it was my fiancée's birthday, they surprised us with a cake within hours of our arrival. The room was spacious, clean, and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and impeccable bathroom. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Terrace Hotel is a gorgeous heritage property that has been beautifully restored. The room I stayed in was absolutely quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and functional, with large towels provided. The entertainment system was great, with HDMI inputs and access to Apple TV. The bar food was delicious and the barman knew how to mix a fantastic martini. The staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location near King's Park, ideal for a full-day walk around the city highlights. Walking distance to restaurants and close parking facilities. Clean rooms with top-quality amenities and furniture. Friendly and attentive staff who provided the perfect breakfast.
Nothing, everything was great.

We had a great weekend stay at this city hotel. The historic building and well-kept property impressed us. The staff was fast and efficient during check-in and check-out. The key location put us in walking distance to many shops and local attractions. We loved the terrace restaurant and enjoyed the acceptable meals.
The room was a bit cramped as the bathroom was oversized in comparison. The room lacked light due to the covered windows.

Great location for top of the Terrace business or Kings Park. Walking distance to quality restaurants. Terrific staff. Oyster and champagne special. Excellent Suite with luxurious furnishings and equipment. Impressive engraved solid wood bedends. Masterpiece bathroom with delightful drench shower. Soundproof building that shielded us from the storm. Very comfortable bed and delightful old world charm. Lovely breakfast included.
Felt very at home, nothing was too much trouble.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The atmosphere and decoration were exclusive, with beautiful furnishings and exquisite details. The room we stayed in had all the amenities we needed, and the private facilities were exceptional. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area and the high-quality service from the friendly staff. Furthermore, the location was convenient, offering easy access to different places in the city.
Although the overall experience was impressive, we noticed a minor issue regarding the information provided. It would have been helpful to have more information about the breakfast options and the restaurant menu.
